For GCs and agencies
We set inlets, manholes and drainage structures as a prime and as a sub, with DERM and municipal inspections handled and the restoration included.
A sinking catch basin is a hole waiting to happen. We rebuild the structure and the pavement around it, and connect it to something that actually drains.
Catch basins in South Florida fail in predictable ways: the asphalt around the grate settles because water has been washing base into the structure, the brick or block riser cracks, the grate breaks, or the basin was never connected to an exfiltration trench or pipe with enough capacity. Patching the asphalt around it without fixing the structure just resets the clock.
We excavate around the structure, rebuild or replace the riser and top, reset the frame and grate to grade, wrap the joints so base cannot wash in, and restore the pavement with compacted base and hot mix. Where a lot or yard floods, we add basins and exfiltration trench to carry the water away.
We set drainage structures on municipal roadway projects for Palmetto Bay and the City of Miami, and on private lots and developments. The same crew restores the asphalt and concrete afterward.

Precast inlets set to grade and tied into pipe or exfiltration trench.
Excavate, rebuild the riser, reset the frame and restore the pavement around it.
Broken or missing grates replaced and reset flush.
Perforated pipe in rock and filter fabric so stormwater soaks into the ground.
New pipe runs and connections between structures.
Base and asphalt or concrete restored around every structure we touch.

If the basin in your lot is sinking or the lot floods at the same corner every storm, we will diagnose it and give you one price to fix the structure and the pavement.

Usually water is carrying base material into the structure through cracks or open joints, leaving a void under the pavement. The structure has to be sealed or rebuilt, then the base and asphalt replaced.
Yes. We assess where water collects and add basins and exfiltration trench or regrade the area so it flows to existing inlets.
Drainage work on commercial property and anything connected to a public system typically requires review and a permit. We handle it.
