Public agencies

We bid and self-perform municipal and county work as a prime: milling and resurfacing programs, traffic calming and roundabouts, storm sewer and exfiltration trench, sidewalk and ADA programs, and utility work in the right-of-way. We hold FDOT DBE and Miami-Dade CSBE certification and are registered as an FDOT vendor.

  • JOC (Gordian / eGordian) and FDOT-LAP contract experience
  • Davis-Bacon certified payroll via LCP Tracker
  • Owner with 20+ years as QC manager, estimator and PM; FDOT Asphalt Level 2 and QC Manager certified
  • Bondable, with GL and workers' comp COI on request

Prime contractors and developers

Electrical, utility and roadway primes use us for the trades they do not self-perform: concrete flatwork and ramps, asphalt restoration, drainage structures and base work. Developers use us for the civil package around the building. We price from your plans and pay items and return numbers within 48 hours.
