Our drainage work started in the public right-of-way, where Miami-Dade DERM and the municipality inspect every structure, every pipe joint and every foot of filter fabric. We bring that same construction to private parking lots and yards, because a drain that is built wrong fails the first time it rains hard.
Most drainage problems in Miami are not a lack of pipe. They are a parking lot graded to the wrong spot, a swale that was filled in, or a catch basin that was never connected to anything that drains. We diagnose it before we price it, and we tell you when a regrade will solve it cheaper than a trench.
Because we also pave and pour concrete, we do not leave you to find someone to put the road back. The trench gets backfilled, compacted and permanently restored in asphalt or concrete by our own crews.
