West Little River Sewer & Resurfacing
Sanitary sewer mains, laterals, roadway base and milling and resurfacing as a sub to MCM.
View projectWe are based in Miami and most of our work is here: City of Miami streets, Miami-Dade County roads, and driveways, parking lots and drainage for owners across the city.
For the City of Miami we have worked on the Little Havana Pedestrian Priority project and the Belle Meade Island roundabout with H&J Asphalt, and across the county line on the West Little River sewer and resurfacing project for MCM and Miami-Dade Water and Sewer. Private work ranges from multifamily parking fields at Northside Village and Stadium Towers to single-family driveways and yard drainage.
Miami neighborhoods differ more than people expect. Older areas like Little Havana, Allapattah and Little River have narrow rights-of-way, tight curb lines and mature trees whose roots lift sidewalks and driveways. Coastal and low-lying areas deal with a high water table that limits how deep a drain can work. We plan around both.

Work in the public right-of-way inside the City of Miami, including driveway aprons, sidewalks and utility connections, is permitted through the City of Miami. Areas outside city limits in unincorporated Miami-Dade go through the county. We pull the permit for the jurisdiction the property is actually in, which is not always the one on the mailing address.
Many Miami lots have no storm sewer at the street, so drainage is handled on site with exfiltration trench and swales. Where the water table is close to the surface, we size trench length rather than depth, and we check that a swale has not been filled in before we design anything new.
