Public sidewalk is unforgiving work. The inspector checks the cross slope with a level, measures the running slope on every ramp, and rejects detectable warning mats that are a half inch off. Doing that every week is what makes a crew good at concrete, and it is why our private work does not crack at the joints or hold water at the garage door.
We self-perform sidewalk, ramp, curb and flatwork as a prime on municipal contracts and as a sub to electrical, paving and utility primes who need concrete put back correctly after their work. On private jobs we handle everything from a single trip-hazard panel to a full HOA sidewalk replacement program.
Because our asphalt and drainage crews work alongside the concrete crew, a curb replacement that needs the adjacent asphalt patched, or a driveway that needs a drain at the apron, is one job and one price.
