A City of Homestead neighborhood resurfacing program: residential streets cold-milled and repaved block by block, performed by Pimentel as a subcontractor to National Traffic Solutions.

Each street was milled to remove the worn surface, swept, tacked and paved with new hot-mix asphalt, working one half of the road at a time so residents kept access to their driveways. The photos show the sequence: milled surface on one side, new mat on the other, then the finished street.

The new surface ties in cleanly at the cross streets, driveways and manholes.
