This small apartment-building lot in Miami Beach had reached the end of its life: raveled, gray asphalt, potholes and broken patches, with faded striping that no longer defined the stalls.

Our crew saw-cut the old pavement along the sidewalk and removed it, then placed and compacted new hot-mix asphalt across the lot, tied in flush with the sidewalk so cars roll on and off without a lip.

Once the asphalt cooled, the crew laid out the stalls, painted new striping and set painted, numbered wheel stops so each unit has its assigned space. For a property owner, that is one call for the whole job: removal, paving, striping and stops.
